          What is Personal Fitness Training Like?

With Renaud Butler as your personal trainer, you’ll have the final component you need to be successful and reach your fitness goals. Renaud believes in a well-rounded fitness education for his clients, so you’ll learn more than just how to work out—form and function, food intake, supplements, and exercise are all integral to wellness.


Your first session: Prior to beginning your workout sessions, Renaud will complete a custom profile of your physical readiness, your measurements, fitness level, diet, and lifestyle.

How long is each session? Renaud’s custom, individualized workouts are 60 minutes.

How many times per week will we work out? Renaud recommends three times per week for optimum results. You may schedule more or fewer, as your life allows. Remember that the more effort you put into staying on track, the quicker you’ll see results!

Equipment: Renaud likes to keep things interesting, so he’ll introduce you to the latest fitness products , easily adaptable for use in your own home. You’ll learn how to properly and safely use a variety of equipment, which may include kettlebells, balance and core strengthening equipment, elastic resistance bands, steps, and hand weights.

And the best part is that Renaud brings all the equipment you’ll need for each session. You just have to show up ready to work out!

When will I see results? The first step is to establish goals: what’s missing in your life? Do you want more energy or to just feel better? Do you want to increase your strength and improve your balance? Do you want to decrease your dress size and dance ‘till dawn?

Since your body is different from every other, the time it takes to reach your goals depends on you. With commitment and some hard work, everyone can achieve the goals they set. But remember, fitness is not a short-term project—it’s for life!

What if I have an injury? Renaud Butler is trained in injury prevention. He will teach you how to move and use each piece of equipment properly—so you’ll prevent new injuries as you protect more fragile areas of your body. With Renaud by your side, you’ll be much safer than just hitting the gym on your own!

What about boredom or burnout? Renaud doesn’t believe in boredom! Each workout will be tailored specifically to you—and each workout will be different. With Renaud as your personal trainer, variety will be the spice of your workouts—you’ll have fun, you’ll laugh, and you’ll wonder why it took you so long to try personal fitness training!
